The Villa built over three floors can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (one has a Jacuzzi).
On the third floor, three private suites (a King suite with own private sitting room and reading room, a Queen suite with a Jacuzzi and a Junior suite) all with marvellous views over the swimming pool and the hilltop town of Lucignano, ensure intimate stays.
Furnished mainly with antiques (some dating back to 17th century), all the rooms are spacious and airy and characterized by their high ceilings and large windows. There are reception rooms on each floor and the main kitchen is on the ground floor and it has a large open fireplace together with all modern conveniences.
The Villa, with its open spaces, is ideal location for wedding parties, anniversaries or other celebrations. The Villa is located a mere 10 minutes from the A1 motorway making it the ideal location for excursions all over Italy. Indeed the pearls of Tuscany and Umbria are all within an hour's reach (Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno). Rome can be reached in 2 hours drive

THE INTERIORS
For up to 12 Ground Floor:
Entrance into hallway large eat-in kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a barbecue fireplace. Laundry room with a washing machine. Spacious dining hall furnished with antiques and doors to the garden.
One bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom. One bedroom with a queen size bed. Two bathrooms with shower. First Floor: Spacious living room. Dining room .Eat -in kitchen with stove top, oven, and fridge. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one with en suite bathroom with shower and doors to a large terrace. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom with tub and shower. An additional bathroom with shower.

For up to 14 -16-18 Second Floor:
1 King Suite with private sitting room 1 Queen Suite with Jacuzzi tub 1 Junior Suite with modern furniture, bathroom and sitting -library room.
