THE FACILITY

The Villa, of about 900 square meters, spreads over three floors and is furnished mainly with antique and valuable furniture, has spacious and bright living rooms, a large kitchen with Tuscan fireplace, 9 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi and one for people with physical disabilities), 9 bedrooms from which you can admire the centuries-old park of the property, the private pool, and the typical Tuscan landscape characterized by cypresses, olive trees, vineyards, and medieval towns. Internet access is guaranteed throughout the facility, in the park, and in the swimming pool.

The kitchen

The ancient Tuscan fireplace, the vaulted brick ceiling, the stone sink, and the terracotta floor make the kitchen one of the most characteristic places of the Villa. Spacious and equipped with the most modern equipment (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka coffee maker, kettle, juicer) is the ideal place to cook together or to follow cooking courses that are organized with the best Tuscan cooks.

 

Lunch living room – TV/reading living room

The central living room is one of the most lived-in areas of the villa. Guests gather at the long table overlooking the cypress boulevard to taste the culinary specialties of Tuscany, or relax on comfortable sofas reading a book or watching TV. The ancient door that opens onto the private park illuminates the living rooms, highlighting the tall frescoed ceilings and the terracotta floors. From the living room you can access the Giglio and Mimosa rooms.

 

“Giglio” room

The Giglio room is a double room of about 25 square meters, with external private bathroom (shower). The decorated vaulted ceilings, the terracotta floors, the vintage furniture, and the small bookcase, make it cosy and spacious, the window overlooks the hydrangeas garden.

 

“Mimosa” room

The Mimosa room is a double room with single beds, with internal private bathroom (shower). The typical 18th century floor with marble mosaics, and the decorated vaulted ceiling, characterize the room that overlooks the private park. The ground floor room is wheelchair accessible.

READING LIVING ROOM – LAVANDA ROOM – CAMELIA ROOM+TERRACE – DALILA ROOM – CALLA ROOM

 

Reading living room

The living room on the first floor, furnished with large and comfortable sofas, antique furniture, and art objects is shared between the two Lavanda and Camelia rooms. The living room has a magnificent window wall overlooking the Tuscan hills of Valdichiana, Sinalunga, Montepulciano, Pienza, and is the ideal place of the villa for reading a good book or to sip tea at sunset.

 

Lavanda room

The Lavanda room is a double room with a four-poster bed and antique furniture of about 30 square meters, the private bathroom (shower) is outside the room. Decorated vaulted ceiling, terrazzo floor.

 

Camelia room with terrace

The Camelia room is a double with internal private bathroom (shower). The original floors of the 18th century with marble mosaics, the decorated vaulted ceilings, and its access to the panoramic terrace, make the room one of the enchanting places of the Villa. Guests usually take an aperitif and enjoy the Tuscan panorama.

 

Dalila

The Dalila room is a double with two single beds (can become double), bathroom with shower and bath tub, and is shared with the Calla room. The room, furnished with antiques and precious curtains, has a view of the pool area, the olive grove, and the medieval town of Lucignano.

 

Calla

The Calla room is a double with two single beds, the bathroom with shower and bath tub is shared with the Dalila room. The view from the window is a typical Tuscan landscape with centuries-old cypress trees, hills of olive trees, and the small medieval town of Lucignano.

 


 

SECOND FLOOR

ROSA KING SUITE – IRIS JUNIOR SUITE – GIRASOLE ROOM

 

Rosa king suite

On the second floor, the Rosa Suite dominates from its windows the entire centuries-old park and enjoys a magnificent view over the whole Valdichiana, Cortona, Sinalunga, Montepulciano, Pienza. The suite of about 100 square meters includes the double bedroom furnished with 17th century furniture, a large and sunny living room, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The terracotta floors and the ceilings with wooden beams and bricks make the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing.

 

Iris junior suite

On the second floor, the Iris Junior Suite includes a study hall and a double bedroom with internal private bathroom (shower). The position of this room offers a view over the whole Valdichiana and the small town of Lucignano. Cosy and bright, the study hall is a great place for those who want to work on vacation accompanied by the sound of birds from the park.

 

Girasole Suite

The Girasole suite is a double with an ensuite bathroom. The fine furniture, the ceilings with wooden beams and bricks, and the terracotta floor frame the window overlooking the splendid medieval town of Lucignano, and the whole Valdichiana, Monte San Savino, Cortona, Arezzo.
