Points North and South
Routing instructions from Florence Airport (approx 1hour).
When you leave the airport go immediately RIGHT at the traffic light onto a dual carriageway which leads to the motorways. Take the 2nd exit signed for Roma/Napoli/A1 and follow the GREEN signs for Roma/Napoli. This takes you on to the A1 motorway.

Routing instructions from North and South
Join the A1 motorway and stay on it until you reach the exit for VALDICHIANA.
Exit at VALDICHIANA and after the pay toll go RIGHT signed for SIENA  At the second roundabout you take the  turn off right for Siena (signed in blue and stating Siena/Sinalunga). Follow this ramp road that takes you onto the dual carriageway known as "le bettolle", follow it for approx 7km and take the first exit which is that for SINALUNGA.  At the end of the ramp go immediately LEFT and at the next junction go RIGHT.  (the signs to be following are for Arezzo).  Go under the railway bridge and at the end of the road, on a hill start go RIGHT signed for Lucignano.  Follow the road and shortly after the first bend  (here you will see a sign that tells you that you are leaving Siena territory and entering Arezzo territory) so start to slow down and on the left you will see the km 29 milestone marker on the SP19 Via dei Procacci road and indicate that you are turning in right.  Turn in right and follow this road for approx 2km until you come to a main road and at the junction with the main road go LEFT.  You have now arrived in CROCE and are just  600mt from your home!
On the main road you will see on your left the BAR/Tabacchi and the small pizza parlour and ahead you will see the MINI-ROUNDABOUT with a very almost unnoticeable church on your right. Go round the mini roundabout and take the second exit (right) which really takes you onto the main road and if you look AHEAD in the distance (100mt) you will see a sole dumpster on the right.....head this way and after the dumpster indicate that you are turning right and take the first right which brings you to the gates of VILLA IL POGGIOLINO. Ring the bell on the left and the gates will be opened.
